There's nothing quite like a box of designer goodies arriving on your doorstep; something Carrie Bradshaw would probably love. Luxury Garage Sale has been one of my partners for a few months now, so I was one of the lucky first few to experience their new LuxBox style box service. There are lots of stylist-shopper businesses out there, but not for designer goodies! Luxury Garage Sale is the best in the designer consignment business and always changing the game.
I received a box of about 10 pieces to try on and try out for the few days following. I would say about half of the pieces I received were winners, and the other half were pieces I couldn't see working in my daily wardrobe. For example, I absolutely adored the above Burberry toggle coat, but the below Chanel boots were a pair I could only see myself wearing for a photoshoot or working to an outfit for fashion week.
The stylist that put my box together was definitely in line with the designer brands that I love. Also included in the box was a jacket from modern brand The Perfext, some Rick Owens, Derek Lam and more. My favorite pieces were by Balenciaga—if a new bag had been in my budget, the brown beauty below would have called my closet its new home.
