Although this dress is pretty busy on its own, adding a layer it of its deep green base color worked to keep this outfit grounded. Along with a pair of sneakers and a no-fuss handbag that only fits my cards and keys, I was pretty happy with the tomboy spin I put on a twirly, feminine dress.
