At First Blush
After all this color talk, I have to admit--I need to take a moment to pay homage to my first love: neutrals.
Various shades of blush, nude, and taupe are some of the prettiest shades to wear. Perfectly timeless and chic, they're excellent layered together or paired with statement pieces for visual interest.
The more I play with fashion and beauty, the easier it is to narrow down favorites. Blush has become one of my favorite cosmetics, even though I never used to wear it. I just love the way it brightens up my complexion.
So even if your outfit is playing it safe with color, you can add a bright hue for your cheeks just for fun. Perfect for Mondays, when we all need an extra skip in our step.
