Once, there was a girl on a budget. Ever since she got a job in a real office in downtown Minneapolis, she loved shopping at Ann Taylor on her lunch break (it was right on her way, after all). Day after day, she walked by the shop and convinced herself that there were many more practical things to spend her money on. One Thursday, the ladies at Ann Taylor hung a simple sign in the front window that read "30% Off Everything." Walking by after lunch, the girl on a budget didn't need another word. She was in and out of the store moments later with a neatly wrapped, tomato red, silk blouse tucked inside a shopping bag swinging from her arm.
